Gold efficiency tips

• Don't sit on 1300g — Buy components. A B.F. Sword (1300g) is better than holding for Infinity Edge.
• Boots at 1100g — Don't delay boots past your first completed item. Movement speed wins fights.
• Sell Doran's items — They don't scale. Replace them at 2-3 items.
